Exploring sacred spaces and the animism of instruments - turning historic sites into instruments

Featuring:

  • Kusum Normoyle

In Brisbane Áine will perform a work for the organ (c 1890) at the heritage-listed Old Museum, (built a year later in 1891).
Also performing on the night will be Sydney-based artist and musician Kusum Normoyle, whose works explore the power of screaming, amplification, feedback and noise to disrupt and intervene in social space.
