Formed in 1992, The Charles Ives Singers consists of renowned visual artists David Palliser, Alexis Ensor & Victor Meertens & Breadman. They do not rehearse or plan a gig as they rely on the stealth of being alive. They approach sound out of love for it. They are totally ready to fail in concert & sometimes come close. For me, music never exists alone; a composer must always deal with interrelationships.

Berlin-based composer Johannes Kreidler works in the mode of ‘expanded composition’. His compositions, while musical, are not about music – but rather the systems, economies, and regimes of value that structure music’s place in our world. Pursuing this music/not music approach Kreidler has become a leading figure in ‘conceptualism’, an approach at the intersection of composition and conceptual art.

Sergeant Rob Lamason said the building is abandoned pending construction and is enclosed by a 1.9m high chainlink fence.
